It's yet another typical season, with Cinci and the Rats right at the bottom...fighting feverishly for last place. Well done, fellahs. How did last year's "re-building year" work out for ya?

2009 marks the second annual SHIREY vs BURNETT (aka Reds vs Pirates) wager for 1.5 liters of Maker's Mark. A tasty beverage that can be consumed with some ice and a splash of water, or straight up as a shot. The Pirates (and thus Burnett) lost in 2008 with their total losses being slightly higher than the Reds. It all ends October 4th after a 3 game series between the Reds and the Rats!
